Alliance for a Healthier Generation

FitnessGram Testing -  Students will be tested for the first time this school year on their fitness level during the 2-5th cycle.  Students will be tested on the  mile run, pacer, sit-ups, push-ups and sit-and-reach.  The testing will be done three times throughout the school year.  Students are earning a responsibility grade and a subject area skills grade for each test so it is very important that any student who misses a test come and make it up in enrichment.

Students need to have a notebook for health class journals. Journals will be graded once every two cycles for a 5 point responsibility grade.
